Unhappy 3.40OE PROBLEMS

I had FW3.40oe for sometime and it was working perfect but then someone went to Settings>System Settings>Restore Default Settings and restored it. NOw lags and freezes sometimes and I can't go to Configuration from the recovery menu or it just freezes. I tried to recover back to FW1.5 but it just freezes. Can anyone help me? -many thanks

Try reflashing 3.40 OE or go into flash1 in recovery on your computer and use the file for the registery that I'll try and upload. Just go into recovery then click advance and then flash1 and replace the registry folder using your comuter's USB connection. I hope this works.

k sure first plug in your PSP into your PC by using the USB port. Then goto USB connection on the PSP system settings menu. Then turn on your PSP and then hold down r to go into recovery mode. Then goto advance. Then goto flash1 and click on that. It should pop up the flash1 drive on your computer. Then where you see on your computer the registry folder. Just replace that entire folder w/ the folder I uploaded. It should fix the prob hopefully.

Huh? Weird that should have fixed it. Then IDK. Sry dude. If you can you can try reflashing 3.40 OE. By using this if it lets you. Of course, you have to have the DATA.DXAR file in order to do this. Just put everything in the RECOVERY folder and put that folder in the game folder. And along w/the data.dxar file. Just use the program I uploaded. Then go into recovery mode. Then click on run program at /PSP/GAME/RECOVERY/EBOOT.PBP. It should reflash the 3.40 OE-A and hopefully this should work. If not then you might be screwed. Or ask some else. Cause this is the last idea I have.

Yea you just use the 1.5 and 3.40 eboots and make it w/ the oemaker that comes w/ the 3.40 OE-A Pack. In order to get the pack just look on here. It should be on the homepage somewhere.

I just tried what you said. It finshed and everything but I still cant go to the configuration menu . I think my psp was set on 3.40 last time I could go to the config menu.

.. Well do you think if I replace all the files in flash0 and flash1 with another 3.40oe PSP , it will work? or will it brick?

thanks you been helpful
