OE plugins to not work on some Lexar sticks - not since 2.71se days! No way around it... Flashing the prx is a good work around though

Sorry!

"Don't buy this one. I have a 2gb version and all plugins like CWCheat, Custom Firmware won't load in game and/or sometimes won't load in XMB. This is also mentioned in the readme.txt of Custom Firmware."

i recall seeing on qj forum that someone posted a way to run plugin, which consist of writing the plugin directly into ur flash0...but i dont want to take a bricking chance =p

Even if something happens while trying to flash it to flash0 if you're on a custom firmware you can easily recover it.

"Q: whathever i try to load cwcheat it's menu doesn't come up. what's wrong?

A: it seems that if you have a slow memory stick the plugin support can't load your prxs
and cwcheat is more affected because it's a 100KB prx (so quite heavy).
ATM lexar and datel memory stick/devices seems to be affected by this definitely
and can't be used to load any prx. in any case a workaround to this can be flashing
cwcheat to flash in the kn folder and modify the pspbtcnf_pops.txt file to load
/kd/cwcheat.prx after $/kd/mediasync.prx
(no kd here and kn above are right please don't change them or it won't work)[/b]"

anyone want to guide me in this?? i dont want to brick my psp xD plz and thnx u

Is Cwcheat enabled? Also is it in the txt file you need to edit? I forgot the file name. Also when you go to load the menu are you holding down Select (or what ever button) you need to press? You need to hold it for atleast 3 seconds.

Lexar is a slightly sub-standard stick, and alot of people have had difficulties with plugins on it.

I would go out and buy a Sandisk stick. Those are real good. The 2GB sticks are real cheap now. You might be able to get a 4GB stick for real cheap on Amazon. Keep us posted!
