Unhappy Problem Downgrading 3.02OE-B

Ok here is my problem. I found out about this whole custom firmware thing 2 days ago, so I took my 1.5 and installed Dark Alexs 3.02OE-A firmware and everything went fine, then I upgraded to 3.02OE-B and everything was fine. The I after having my Suikoden PSX iso fail to open I started looking for a problem and found that upgrading to 3.03OE-A and then 3.03OE-B might solve my problem.

I took the following steps:
1. I got the 3.03OE-A files and used the oeupdmaker with 1.5 and 3.03 firmwares to create the data.dxar file.
2. I then put the 303oeflasher and 303oeflasher% folder with the data.dxar file in the 303oeflasher folder into my psp/game/ folder (which is set to 1.5 homebrew through the recovery menu).
3. I go to use the update and it starts installing the 1.5 part and then the screen just went blank and the orange led on the left of my psp which i think is for network stuff would just bink rapidly for 2 seconds then turn off for 3 seconds and then would repeat this.

I thought it was installing so i left it for an hour and came back to find it still doing this, so i shut it off and turn it back on and it would just come to a black screen with the orange led still blinking in the same fashion.

I then attempted to use the flasher for recovery that came with 3.02OE-A to try to convert back to 1.5 using the recovery menu only to find it bring me right back to a black screen with that blinking orange led when I click to use the file.

I have no idea what to do here, all I can do with my psp now is access the USB through the recovery menu.

How can I revert back to 1.5 and install 3.03OE-A without this happening again, please help I have been all over google all morning trying to fix this thing, any help would be greatly appreciated.

ok, you have a simi-brick, you need to go to PSP Downloads | 303OEC_EASY. after downloading that, run your psp while holding R. Go to USB mode and run the program your just downloaded. When its finished you need to stay in USB mode and go to 'My Computer' and go into your E,I,F : psp/game diretory and rename the files to Recovery and Recovery%. Now you can run the recovory.

Oh yeah, welcome to psp3d.
