well i am a noob of course when it comes to psp as i just got mine yesterday..Now i have not done anything to it as of yet coz i need to clear some doubts..
My current firmware is 3.11,
Now i would really be grateful if someone could be kind enough to guide me as what i should do next. I thought perhaps i can upgrade to 3.52 m33.
but according to the guide it says i must have OE or custom firmware.;
Now what is OE.
Is what i have OE....can i proceed from here on to upgrade..I really need some direction here..
