need help with devhook
ok i havent done anything on psp for last 6 months besides games

and now im tryin to use cheat device on vice city stories, i havent delt with devhook since 2.71 custom came out

so i installed 3.03, 3.02, 2.80 all tryin to install the cheat device on them

and the game.txt thing is always enxrypted so it doesnt work

any advice?

somehow i got the savedata thing to work on 3.03 OE. I think you nned to use no UMD, I run into lots of problems with no UMD.
