SCEP plugin on 3.52 M33

I have noticed that the latest full version of SCEP works sometimes on my 3.52 M33 and is a bit buggy. Like, it would work at times and then at other times it would freeze up my PSP and I have to manual restart or shutdown the PSP. I was wondering if ne1 else has been experiencing the same problem on 3.52 M33? And if there is any fix for this?
