The JigKick battery is just a normal battery with a slightly different flash image - the Pandora battery works on the same principle, though I assume the interface and possibly the underlying code differ, though they perform the same functions. I could be wrong - I've never been lucky enough to take a peek at the JigKick.
Which reminds me... I don't even have a battery to use, I've been working off of mains power for quite a while. If someone in the UK/EU has a spare [official] battery (1800mAh, not sure if the higher ones work), could you send me a PM and we can negotiate.

Points: 22.21 Donate | | | yeah but if your on a firmware of 3.51+ you cant use the battery app and i dont think you can use one idstorage on a different psp.

The battery app can be made on another PSP, then used on 3.51 PSP, then you can dump nand before you flash. |
