Pandora Battery IDStorage
The Pandora Battery readme says: "The IDStorage cannot be totally restored, as there is no known way to regenerate it properly"

Does this only apply to bricked psps, If I use it to downgraid a 3.51 psp that is not bricked will it have its IDStorage?

it will only alter key 5, which means you cant go above official sony firmware 3.30. It can be repaired with key cleaner though - this method works.
