I was at 3.40 oea trying to play soul reaver for the psx and nothing was working so I ventured into the recovery mode, I disabled those things in advanced because I looked around the interweb and somepeople were in the same position and that seem to have worked for them. So now when I clicked config... nothing shows up, then I downgraded and went up to 3.03 oec and the config menu is still missing.. anyone know whats going on?

Easiest thing to do to guaranty no issues is the following:
1. Back up all data (Saved games, programs, your bookmarks)
2. Delete Flash1 (not flash0)
3. Restart, giving it the data it needs to repair flash1
4. Downgrade to firmware 1.50
5. Upgrade to the custom firmware of your choice.
^_^ This fixes almost 98% of all problems with PSP's, it is sorta like reinstalling your OS in your computer. |
