Command Prompt and MSPFORMAT

When i drag the mspformat file over to the command prompt and type in a space and the drive my PSP is in and press enter... the cmd says "Logical Drive has more than a physical drive. Cannot handle it."

Can anybody help me with this? I don't know what to do.
