I got around it by downloading a full package by some dude called ChaosZero (I think it was on psp-hacks.com) who keeps releasing a full install package of each DevHook release. I just used the ms:\dh\271 and ms:\dh\kd folders from his package and I got it working.
An even easier solution would probably be to just use his entire package |
