What I have done is download Dynasty Warriors as sort of a guinea pig, I am quite bewilderd on what it is and how to use it in it's current form.
I open the folder and I have:
PSP_GAME and UMD_DATA.BIN
open the psp_game
SYSDIR and USRDIR and some image files.
SYSIDR contains BOOT.BIN and EBOOT.BIN
USRDIR contains
modules, movies and some other things.

modules, movies and some other things. | Is the folder a .iso file? If it is, make a folder called ISO in the PSP's root (that's X:/ if your PSP is X:/) and put the iso in X:/ISO. Then get one of these:
DEVHOOK Evolved
Fastloader 0.7
UMDEmulator 0.8

For some reason, it doensn't load certain ISOs and cannot dump, but it has (all in all) better compatibility than 0.7.

Points: 356.24 Donate | | | Lol, that's what my dad did, but with a little keychain remote that turns off almost all TVs with its one button. Pretty good range. Much better range than the PSP's, and less chance of getting you thrown out. |
