I found out how i can get (almost) ANY iso working. Forget Dax, it sucks.
---PART1---
We are gonna make it in ciso format, so download the tool:

Now make a folder on your C:\ drive and call it tool. put the tool in it.
Put your .iso in the same folder as the tool (the tool folder).
Now go to start->run..->cmd->enter
type first: cd C:\tool
so we are going to the tool folder.
Now type: ciso X name.iso name.cso
Replace the X with compression level: 1=fast/big 9=slow/small 0=uncompress
So we say "ciso the iso with compression level X and make a second file and call it name.cso where the compressed part comes in.

so you now have a cso. rename it to .iso
put the iso (renamed from cso) in the ISO folder in the root of you memory stick
You need the new DevHook 0.41d for this:
---PART2---
go into devhook and set the settings to this:

TARGET: (reboot xmb)
UMD iso: your iso here
UMD MODE: ANYUMD
UMD ver: 2.xx -> 2.00
Flash: your fw 2.5 here
CLOCK: 222/111

press start and the iso plays!

Any ISO wont work, alot of them will, but 2.60 ones still have to be fixed, and a couple iso's dont work with devhook, i can name 3 right now from experience
1.) OutRun 2006 Coast to Coast
2.) ShinSeiki Evangelion 2 Another Cases
3.) PacMan World 3

There are alot more iso's that dont work with devhook, even if fixed some still dont work.

Edit: Still an okay guide for making a CSO though

Yeah, maybe not all work, but much will work now. There are lots of ppl on this forum (yesterday including me) who cant get a 1.51+ iso working. Here is how it works.

What do I do when the .iso is split into about 13 different .iso parts?

How can I merge/play them..

The iso is Daxter and I have FastLoader 7 and Devhook 41d

Almost any 2.50 and under iso's will work untouched.

These dont work for a fast as an iso
1.) PacMan world 3 ( Only works from UMD with DEVHOOK )
2.) OutRun 2006 Coast to Coast
3.) RockMan Dash
4.) Shinseiki Evangelion ( I cant get to work, even a 2.50 and 1.50 prx switch dont work )

There are more, but i dont have time to research them all.
