why do you need a 2.5 dump?

Dax Ziso is a bit old and DevHook has it's own compression format, everything that is needed is on my guide. How to obtain a dump for use with DevHook is all explained in my guide.

By the way,chriscooke. since you're such a devhook wizard, how do i play GTA (a 2.0 required game) and how do I go to the internet browser, location free, etc.

Um thats pretty easy u get a 2.5 dump and open up devhook select Umd disk
and then select 2.5Fw and reboot xmb and u get 2.5 and then u start up gta and when u press home u get back to 2.5 and u can use the browsewr

If you have DevHook set up then start it with the GTA umd in the drive then press circle to sjip the Auto-Boot, now just go to the UMD select option and selct --UMD DISC--. The settings will automatically change so the UMD can be booted. To use the browser and everything else wait for the game to load a bit then press the home button like you usually would to get back to the xmb and exit now you should be presented with the 2.50 xmb, and everything is fully functional.
