PSPersonalize HELP...

ok, i have put all the right pics. even in the right places but every time i go to use it the "game can not be started" or w/ ms2 "data is corupt". I got this one from psp-hacks maybe its just like bad from that site idk. I am having trouble with the readme file though... why is there 2 memory folders??? can some1 give me a little walk through?
