ok i've tried every version of file assistant and it wont let me copy the from the flash1

lol its ok no0b ill help lol ok well all uv got to d i highlight the file in flash1 and in the other window by selecting <- or -> left or right arrows click on the root of ur memory stick and go back to ur other window right arrow click copy and click X for yes and copy it easy as that
