Using the browser via Devhook is slow anyway, because it has to parse the HTML using modules from the memory stick, which is alot slower then loading from the Flash.
With PSPRadio, you cannot use static IP configurations, which may be the problem. If this doesn't solve the equation, try using the Final version instead of a pre-release.
Use Links2 for browsing the web. It's faster, and has less out-of-memory errors. Use the standalone version, not the plugin version though.

If this still doesn't help you, upgrade to 2.00 and then downgrade, so you get a clean installation that isnt forced and isnt messy.

and with radio make sure that you have downloaded the lastest shoutcast db, or alot of the stations wont work.

Or you could just restore default settings....That usualy fixes most downgrader problems.

Noone has mentioned yet, but make sure wifi power save is turned OFF; this dramatically slows down wifi, and is a default 1.5 setting.

my wifi hardly works for me, it finds my access point but then syas unable to connect but it worked fine on 2.6

heh my 1.5 can never connect to my router it just gives me the same error over and over again but its okay since i only use wifi on devhook
