Yeh microsoft are gonna stop support for 98, 98se and me so i would suggest upgrading to 2000 or xp if your computer can handle it. Plus 200 and xp have the psp driver so all youll need to do is plug it in

Theres no need for that language.
Seems as though you need to download the psp desktop software for your PC,
so you can handle the data through that instead of using windows itself
to drag and drop files. I had the very same problem as you though, and im
running xp, turns out it was a virus. So maybe do a virus scan also.

I have actually provided the drivers in my previous post so he should have no problems (unless he doesn't know where to put them).

Yipeee! for camera drivers. Yah anyone else need it pm me cause i got win98 too. Oh btw i have access to win xp but it is not the real one (i'm not going to tell where i got it cause then this topic probably will be closed) but is it safe to use that with internet?? Will I get in trouble lol? Yah but win98se works with usb I hope that is what u have.
