hi im sry for botherin anyone with this but i searched but i cant tell what model my PSP is, and if i downgraded but want to upgrade in the future would my psp brick, sry for these questions im a noob at these kind of things =(

for example the PS1 emulator came out then i would probably upgrade to that FW versoin

Well downgrade to 1.5
With devhook you can now emulate 2.71 and thats the firmware the PS1 emulator is coming out for. So you should be fine with 1.5
