Multiple Custom Firmware Programs
Can I use both Dark_Alex's Proof of Concept and the All-In-One Module on the same memory stick and can they function at the same time?

Well writing to flash is very risky for 1 but i dont think you can run both at the same time because the system would launch the newest added 1 first in other words the one that was added last would be launched first.
