Unhappy DEVHOOK blue screen problem, please help

OK i have harlyg's custom firmware mod, version 2, and i was on devhook loading 2.71 and decided to change my parental control to 1 to stop the auto loading of umd's, but my psp stalled, and when i rebooted in devhook mode, I got a blue screen, pressing 0 just makes another one come up, rebooting does the same,

so i FORMATED my ms, put on DEFAULT settings, RE-DOWNLOADED and REINSTALLED devhook DH foldwer and the eboots, left my battery out for 10 min, and tried again, but same blue screen,

i can still load 2.60, but 2.50 dosnt work as i had the same problem a while back with it, but 2.60 came out the next day so i didnt need to worry, i tried replacing the flash1 folder with the flash 1 from 2.71 and even 2.60, no luck, same BSOD

i notice it try's to load the background from my currupt devhook dump, even if i try to switch, (i had a black background in flash0)

I'm pretty mad because im dyeing to try the new devhook but it dosnt work either, can anyone help? as i said i have harlyg's custom fw and i realy want to avoid using recovery mdoe or having to uninstall it then upgrade to 2.00 and downgrade, so please help

You need to copy your flash1 files into the fw directory you are using.

Well do it again because the flash1 files may have become corrupted you dummy and maybe the 2.60 flash1 is also corrupted. And DevHook has been known to corrupt the firmware files so try reformatting your memstick again. I know you have done all that but you obviously aren't doing something right otherwise it would work.

And by the way why don't you

why are you saying "i dont know if you done all that" when i said i have, i RE DOWNLOADED the flash dump, i FORMATTED my memory stick, i am using a completely different dump, and i still get a blue screen
do you want me to post a video up on youtube.com of me installing everything and still getting a BSOD?
the flash files im using havent been anywere near devhook, just straight from a devhook pack that has worked for me before.

its obviously in my psp's flash as it is trying to load a black wallpaper from the last flash 1 dump of 2.71 i used, and i can see the black background before i get the bluescreen, so it may be in ram, so i have taken the battery out for 10 min, but still no effect

i think i need to upgrade ind its pissing be of, im sorry for being a prick but i am realy pissed off because its happened before with 2.50 and every fourm just regarded me as a noob and said "oh, just replace flash1 then"
even tho i told them that i had redownlaoded and completely reindtalled devhook on a psp that has had default settings restored on an ms that has just been formatted

If you did everything right, then it would work perfectly, dont be hating on chris cuz you aint doing something right. Just go to www.ps2nfo.com and get the devhook pre set up pack, they have the .44 devhook with 2.71 all working and set up. If you want 45, then just update it.

tell you what, this has happened with 2.50 before so ill just make a video to prove to you im doing everything right, im not mad at anyone directly, just mad at the attitude that i have been getting on both this occasion and the 2.50 one, i posted on pspupdates, the fourms i usualy use, but i was shunted off, only getting a few comments about how i installed it rong, thats why i cane to psp3d, i have heard its alot better, but i seem to be getting the same attitude once more but i know i ahve installed it right, and i will make a video to prove because it seems the only way to get help around here

p;s im sorry, rele i dont meen to be a jerk, im usualy i nice guy, ill make the video then you will understand a bit more where im comming from

ok used the pack from that site and it didnt work, same thing, as always because it wont run, i will post a video of it not working
Doubleposted Message Below:
FUCK this, im gonna just go ahead and upgrade to 2.00 and downgrade, then have to install and reinstall the custom firmware, howmany flash risks is that? 4, but its a hell of alot easyer than thrying to convince people that i am installing everything correctly, fuck the video, if you dont believe me, then i dont care, but if i brick my psp, i blame you and every one else that never listened, a sticky with top devs descusing how to stop this would help, its happened to me twice now, and its realy annoying, im probably going to brick now, and its all because no one will hear out anyone with a real problem

OK, i upgraded and downgraded, ignore whatever i said before when i get pissed of i become a noob, any way all is well, installed the CF again, installed devhook again and it worked, but listen, it WAS in flash if only a upgrade and downgrade could fix the problem, but now 2.50 and 2.71 run fine, so if anyone has a similar problem, instead of telling them "oh you must put this and that in flash 1 and oh you must do this to devhook.ini" because none of it works and even if it did the have already formatted and installed it in the exact same way as before, so tell them to update to 2.00 and downgrade to 1.50 again and all will be peachy

and one again, i realy am sorry for the way i treated you, i appologise
