It would be slow, and very hard to do. The NethostFS is purely for browsing files i believe. I will look into writing a client for windows, but I'm not sure how easy it would be to add support into a homebrew APP. If/When I'm done, I may ask a DEV to help me out with the PSP-end of the project.
Don't expect anything.

UPDATE 1# I've found the NETHOSTFS.exe file and the PRX to go with it, and I've also configured Devhook to load the PRX, but it looks like the PRX needs to know where to direct it's access to. I suppose in IRSHELL, it's fed from it's configurarion file, "system.cfg". Maybe I should contact AhMan...

So, how did you get the USBhostFS to work?

Cobra was banned because he got in a very large "Flame-war" with another member. They were arguing about what a Windows Service was, I believe.

Freeplay decided that it was in everyone's interest that they each have a one-day-ban to cool off and think about the consequences of their actions. Something as petty as the definintion of Windows service should not escalate into what it did, but things like that happen.

I used to have ISO's running via USB, as "PSPRox" guided me through it. But I have not been able to work it since.

You can find the flame war here: http://psp3d.com/general-psp-discuss...s-devhook.html
I'm not sure it's entirely appropriaite to post a link, but I feel that it could be used as a warning to other members.

Can we get back on topic? The NethostFS project doesn't look promising as it stands - I still need to find how I can execute the PRX in such a way that it directs to the correct IP address.

so i also want to play is*s over USB, but when I start the USBHOST_PCSERVER prog there is only one line: "USBHostFS Tyranid 2k6"
the second line "Connected to device." doesn't appear, the only thing is, when I start the FW2.71 with DevHook and USBMod enabled my PC says: New USB Device found (at the first time I must install the driver) but I can't play through USB
any1 who get it 2 work?

You need to install the "PSP type B" drivers.

If you've done that, it may be your installation.
