Hey, I was just wondering, if I install this custom firmware patch, will I then be able to install a proper firmware, like 2.00? And how large are the custom firmware files supposed to be, as that one is only 166KB.

im not sure.......im never installed one yet..im gunna wait till theres like a perfect one out bcuz theres updates everyday and im confused about them..

good question and if you did update could you use the kernal mode homebrew??? someone should try this

If no-one has instaled one yet, I will.

EDIT: I've installed it, it's great!
EDIT 2: Found a way to uninstall it, start the PSP witht he hold button on, wait for the blue screen, and take off Hold. Go to Recovery Menu, press X, and go to Remove Custom Firmware.
