Exclamation !!!!OFF TOPIC NEW FILES IN MEMORY STICK!!!!

hi i was just looking at my files on my psp form my pc and i found 2 new files in the MP_ROOT! does any one know why ther are there before the update even came out?! take a look

Well it could be that ur psp is version 2.71 because I don't have that on my 1.5 or...they could be hidden files that were always there but you somehow made them un-hidden

all i did on my pc was download the foxglove thing and winrar

sure you didnt download the media pack thing from sony?thats what happened when i did it a few months ago.

i was lokking at the properties of my psp and it said that one of the files was created yeaterday at 5:50, but the only problem with that is that i was'nt on my comp. or my psp at 5:50

This happened to me when I used sonicstage and put atrac3 files on my psp.

Ya, that has happened to me. But the funny thing is the psp will read movie files out of them. I wouldn't worry about it.

I think converters might put those in your MP_ROOT because they offer certain MP4 formats which belong in certain folders, but your firmware might not support the folder or the type of video. Just my thoughts.

actually(i dont remember where exactly but in more than one place) i think that all that is requires for the MP_ROOT folders is any 3-digit number before the ANV or MNV...
