Taking apart memory stick duo

i have a 512mb memory stick duo with the housing broken (the plastic part) the chip is intact. how could i put the chip into the housing of an old 32mb without breaking it?

well they did it on an old episode of psp hacking 101 so i assume you can

Its hard but if you dont care about the casing coming apart, you can use the MS without glueing the casing back together.

use glue remover to take them apart and then switch them over and glue em back up
