Being Pointed in the Right Direction

Big first Post here people.
I've chosen this forum over others due to the simple fact that you all seem like a more mature crowd that can handle not freaking out on "noobz" all the time when they ask perfectly sensible questions.

I am going to be receiving my PSP in the mail in about 4-6 days, and I'm trying to get everything in line and ready to have fun with it when I get it.

I've read ALOT of tutorials on how to downgrade 2.6 to 1.5, and I think i have I will be able to do it no problem.
If anyone would be willing to PM me certain things I'm not allowed to ask for on this forum, that would be greatly appreciated.

I understand how annoying noobs can be, and I really dont want to come across like i havent done my fair share of looking for everything I need. I have alot, and basically just have a (very few) questions about devhook and isos etc that would benefit some discussion with someone who has done all this before.

Thanks,
Carter

you rock my friend.
let me wake up a little bit more so i can pm what my questions are in an intelligent manner.

(working 2 jobs, taking 3 classes, and recording a new studio album have me worn out this summer, so the psp sounded like a fun distraction to all that)

cool, just tell me when your ready, and do you have an IM client, yahoo/msn/or aim would be better

Edit: First of all, you can not downgrade all 2.60 psp's, only 2.50-2.60 psp's that dont have a TA-082 PCB.
