Where can i find some sweet xmb for my psp....... or can some 1 teach me how 2 create custom 1's

You are very limited to some specific details in making a custom XMB, It's very complicated to do some of the mods, and its near impossible to build a full new XMB, but I will list some of the things that you can do to mod the current XMB with devhook and an edited firmware dump:

*These are listed by "simplest" to "hard shit"
-Replacing the BMP background files
-Replacing the gameboot PMF
-Editing text found in Sony Resource Files (RCOs)
-Editing PNG icons found in RCOs
-Editing audio files found in RCOs
-Coding a custom vshmain.prx
