how can u load gta liberty city stories on a 1.5 i jus downgraded from 2.6 ill really appreciate it..thank you

yes use devhook to emulate 2.71. ill pm you a link to the installer

download the devhook ultimate installer from psp-hacks.com and install that to your psp

and then load up devhook from the xmb and then change some settings, then click start and then your psp will restart into 2.71 or whatever you installed to devhook and you will be able to play GTA again

and i dont know what settings you have to change exactly cuz my psp is currently out of commision, gonna have to ask some1 else that...

and once you do a hard reboot, your psp will be back down to 1.5, so dont worry about it upgrading, its just devhook

I'm running 2.0. I don't have to emulate to play it, and can still downgrade whenever. It's just easier for me, since I don't use homebrew as much as I play UMD's.
