| | | | UMD Developer Kit owner Dear buddies,
I am glad to join this community. I don't know anything about PSP stuff.
My friend pcfil told me this forum's link. I am working as kernel developper
for differents video games brands which don't need to be quoted here.
Last week, I was ordered a software on UMD support (for PSP and Sony's
PDA) to cleanup any viruses, blackholes, trojans and likely stuff.
They (a Symantec/Sony corp.) gave me a complete Sony's UMD Developer
Kit to programm it. I am very near to have finished it and I have to give
back the Kit in the lates of January (it cost over $10,000).
I was just wondering because my son is owning a PSP and a couple of friends
as pcfil are working on hack-it, if I could be util there, to developp something
or else for the community.
I own several computer languages as all sorts of C composite (C, C#, Cpp)
and Basic languages (Perl, Python, Basic, VB) and I have also a complete
knowledge of electronical hardware (I did my edu times at the Tokyo AT&T
University).
I have been told that lots of people flame here, so it's not difficult I'll return
to my "normal" occupation if it is.
So I resume myself: I just want to know if ppl here have ideas about what
can I do "illegaly" with this Kit. I have understood that you guys wanna hack
Sony's OS over version 2.01. I got some Sony's codes for my job.
Just asking you know...
Best regards,
Salmon Levy (IL) |

This is because someone usually will post some big news like this and then just sign off right after they announce it. This makes you seem fake in most peoples eyes. | |
