Points: 14.91 Donate | | | help with devhook usb I have devhook .45, and I want to use usb to run an iso. I have the usbhostfs folder, and I have usbhostfs.prx. How do I work all of this stuff? I added the .prx to my dh folder, but it didn't show up on devhook. How do I install the drivers, and get this all running?
Thanks |

Go into the USBHOSTFS_PC folder (should be in the USBHOSTFS folder) and create a new folder called ISO. Place whatever ISO's you want in there ready.
Load up Devhook on the PSP with the USB connected, and start the usbfostfs_pc.exe file (found in the USBHOSTFS_PC folder) on the PC at the same time (this should bring up the DOS box). In the Devhook menu go to Others, then USB and choose "Enable USB" (on 0.44 you need to do this EVERY TIME, on 0.45 this will default after you select it). Then go back to the UMD select and it should list all the ones on the PC too
Once you've done all this and got it working once, make a shortcut from the usbhostfs_pc.exe file and the ISO folder and stick them somewhere tidy for easier access, and leave to simmer for 30 mins on Gas Mark 4

Basically you cancel that driver window, leave the USB connected then install the PSP Type B Driver on the comp. The one on the net is a self-installing pack, which once installed Windows will recognise the USB connection instead of trying to install a new device. Should work then
