Question about IR Shell 1.6 usb mode

OK i set up everything my computer drivers are installed ans so forth. When i try to use the usb mode in ir shell 1.6 i receive the following message in usbhostfs.

Could not scan directory /cygdrive/c/Documents and settings/Owner/pc - usb/win/

Nothing pops up on my psp in ir shell. PLease help...........
