off-topic: jasa could u please not write with caps on? i think everyone gets your point even if you don't wrtite like that

on-topic: i agree with monkeyboy, not all "exploits" lead anywhere, i can tell that there have been most credible exploits (i'm not taking credit of this one) that lead to dead-ends... i wish u guys luck with this one, and i would try it also if i had a 2.70 but since i don't sorry...

well, now that we've got that out of the way, perhaps someone could spend some time trying to work something out of that... but i'd like to say to whomever tries it, that it could be a waste of time...

Thumbs up

i just tried this on my 2.8, the first time i tried it, i went to the picture, then quickly left the photo menu, my psp froze, but didnt shut off. the wierd thing was that the loading circle in the bottom right continued going. after i shut it off manualy, i turned it right back on, whent straight to the photo and it froze and shutoff.

I gave it a go on emulated 2.71, here are my findings

--If done on 333mhz it will not freeze, just stays at pic loading icon until X is pressed, then freezes
--If done on 222mhz it will freeze immediatly
--Turns off 222mhz
--Stays on 333mhz but frozen after press X, but you cant do anything, just stays frozed and all you can do is change brightness

Hey, I thought i'd chine in with a bit more info. The picture also freezes dev-hook, so anyone with 1.5 can play with this a bit more. Tested with dev-hook .46 emu'ing 2.71.

P.S., I stand with Monkeyboy and the rest of you on the fact that this will not likly lead to anything, but there is always a very slim chance of it doing so.

EDIT: just read Monkey's new post above. Disregard mine.

Hopefully he'll learn not to try and push quite possibly unconstitutional bills though the state assembly and then waste tax money fighting it in court. Plus, he has failed the bar exam 4 times . Disclaimer: These are my opinions, and I am wholy responsible for them.
