I appreciate it. I recently decided that im going to upgrade my 2.01 psp to 2.6, and then downgrade to 1.5. Well, I'm at the process of upgrading and here's where my question enlies..
How can I upgrade my PsP from 2.01 to 2.6 without it going straight to 2.8 firmware? If I do it wirelessly, it just downloads the 2.8 upgrade. And if I try to install it from the psp site, itll only offer 2.8 obviously.
I know there's probably something very simple that I'm missing. If anybody could help, it would be greatly appreciated. Thanks for your time

Put the upgrade into x:\psp\UPDATE, where "X:" is your psp's drive.

The UPDATE folder is put in the GAME folder and then you scroll to GAMES on your PSP and use the update just as you would run an application/game. |
