Yes, its true, the new Firmware 2.81 that just came out (today), and it seems that the TIFF exploit still works. I read on the playstation website that the upgrade was for a security patch. I won't be surprised to see a downgrader for firmwares 2.80 and 2.81 in a couple of weeks. |
