??PSP Music beat on XMB??

hey i was just listening to my music on my psp and i thought of an idea. its so when you play ur music and go to the XMB by pressing select the icons move to beat of the song. like setting and games light up for 2 seconds and then go to the next to icons like that u know. Is it possible to do this? if so someone could make it because i have no hacking/decoding skills.
