PSP metal detector/psp speed gun?

Alright...im not sure anything like this exists...so i was wondering how hard it would be to rig up something like this (either one)? I mean you'd probably need a seperate "attachment" for each idea but does anyone know how hard it would be to do this? also, what do you think of the ideas? or are they old/stupid..

thx

another idea (similar to speed gun) would be a chronograph maybe? ( i play paintball..and need one)

Hmm...very clever ideas. It could be possible somehow through the IR or something. Then again, I'm not an expert in those types of things. You would probably need some sort of device, probably expensive.

Yeah, you'd probably have to run as fast as the object moving, due to the short iR range. Wouldn't help much, then.
