Points: 4.12 Donate | | Lego StarWars2 = No save w/ Devhook I know, i know. i thought i was joking too, but while demo-ing the game at a store it said i did not have 128 kb of free space. pretty ridiculous because my 4gb has over 3000mb of space.i do know that 4gb sticks are not quite compatible with the PSP, and Sony did update that in 2.8, but i have loaded the stick with dummy files and checked it through my PSP at different points. it just only reads it in MB increments, not GB increments of space. all i know for sure is the game is fw 2.71 and i was running devhook emulation of 2.71. the game runs, looks great, but doesn't let you save at all. Not in the beginning or any other point in game. i demo many games, this is the first 2.71 game i've tried. all of the 2.6 games never gave me any problems and alllowed saving. i think we may have entered a new era in attempting not to allow HB by not allowing UMD game saving.
P.s. Post other 2.71 games so i can verify this across the board

1. are you playing through devhook's emulation or have you upgraded to 2.71?
2. the mem stick thing..... it works fine but im talking about how leftover memory is displayed. nowadays ppl talk in terms of gigs not Mb, because size has grown.
read the post more carefully next time..............

4. it was not a demo disc, but an actual umd game disc. my buddies that work at the store i was at allow me to check games out all the time....
further more i have tried with different discs (lego starwars 2) and still have the same "not 128 kb free space" message. i even went through and checked some settings i have been experimenting with and even using the defaults i know work.
