I have Need for speed underground and was looking at playing a multiplayer game of it via ad hoc :- my brother has a 2.01 PSP and the umd and I have a "legit" backed up copy of it in order for us to play together on my 1.5, with wab changer my psp thinks its a 2.0, I can't seem to get them to connect to one another, would it be down to the different firmwares or 1.5 not supporting mulitplayer??? any suggestions and help would be much appreciated. Oh and would it be possilbe to play it online with 1.5 or would I need to upgrade to 2.0? finally would changing the firmware to 2.01 with the wab changer??

I managed to get as far as creating an ea account on the net. Thanks for your help I was just wondering how would it know its a copy?? its not like a pc game where you have a serial number? |

| | Member | | Join Date: Dec 2005 Location: Uk | | | thanks for all your help I found the problem, I used a shrinker to put it down to 186mb and it ripped the multiplayer section :S I didn't realise at first because it allowed me to create a game but after using the umd copy at 900 or so mb rather than the rip it worked perfectly :-D Thanks again for your help |
