OK im not very informed about all these devices such as DevHooks, Tiff, etc.. What homebrew is capable for TA-082's?? Are ISO's playable?

Well, using the Generic Downgrader, you can downgrade to 2.50, but nothing lower, due to the motherboard type. If you're on 2.71, you have kernel access via the TIFF exploit, but I don't recall anything about a working ISO loader as of yet. ISO talk isn't a very friendly topic around here though, so if you want more info on that kind of stuff, you'll have to look elsewhere.
