Cant start the recovery it says its missing a file

i also have the problem of not being able to run fastloader. i tried dorkdorks way of fixing eboots. it only solved the problem that it is no longer a corrupted file. but whenever i run it, it will just give me the error: "Game can not be started" (error code)

ive tried everything......

2.71 se-b is horrible, just downgrade back to 1.5
