Possible WMA Exploit!

I believe I may have found a WMA exploit. When I play a certain wma and try to fast forward, my amber light goes on and my psp freezes. Could this mean a 2.80-2.82 downgrader if coded correctly? If any psp devs are interested, mail to: weh_board@yahoo.com . This may be the "exploit outside of the tiff exploit" that every 2.80er wants.

A crash usually means nothing, however if some devs look into it, there's a tiny chance that they'll get a Hello World app to run. If they do, there's a small chance of a downgrader. All in all, the chances of this meaning anything are rather slim.

Thats exactly why I called it a 'possible' exploit. Who knows.

We've had a few of these, but who knows? The TIFF exploit no one thought would work lead to a downgrader. Maybe, but don't get your hopes too high.

Exactly. We don't know until we try, or, more realistically, Dark_Alex looks into it. Of course, there are many other devs that would be able to do the job too, but DA has been doing a lot recently.

Meh, Fanjita doesn't really look into possible exploits, he takes ones that have already been made and develops great apps for them.

Question

But didnt he find the last tiff exploit? I remember him talking about a 'possible tiff exploit', and all he did for that is make tetris and the HW.

I don't think so, I think someone else did. It might have been Skylark, or maybe I'm getting confused with the 2.0 TIFF exploit.

I doubt seriously it was skylark, I remember reading how the Noobz spent 'over 60 intensive hours' working on the tiff exploit.
