ir shell 3.00 with se-c

im having a problem everything works fine and everything on my ir shell but whenever i press go to xmb it won't load then i got that one .prx that 2.71autoboot or something like that and then when i load that it loads 1.5 devhook?????? wtf?? can i load 2.71 xmb within' ir shell?? if so how?
