Can anyone tell me how to make custom gameboots or how to make my own Coldboot.vag?

The program for making coldboots isnt illegal. Download the themepsp creator pack that includes a program for doing that.

But the files for making gameboots are illegal. Very illegal.

Its confusing anyway you have to use like 10 programs to make the gameboots and as for the coldboot.vag its pretty easy but youll have to mess with the frequency because the first time I tried it came out all squeaky.
