oe-a issues to upgrade to oe-b

i manually installed oe-a sucessfully after i had located the 1.5 and 3.02 eboots, and then created the data.dxar. i wanted to upgrade to oe-b , but after reading the readme and checking my psp's filetree i discovered i do not have the 150GAME and 302GAME folders mentioned in the readmes' from both programs. i also tried to enter recovery mode (hold R when turning on psp) and it did not work. im kinda worried, for obvious reasons, that i did something wrong. right now i dont have any H/B capabilities, but am able to launch umds. ne suggestions would help greatly. i have all the files i used including the eboots.

Put them in the same pace as the normal game folder.

They were supposed to be in the PSP folder, like PSP/GAME150 (I don't think it's 150GAME, unless Dark_AleX made it that way). It's odd you have no recovery mode, could you check again? (Hold R on system startup)
