I was useing Dev hook 0.46 just fine with the GTA: Vice City Stories iso. And one day I tyed to boot up the vice city stories iso. and it wouldn't start. The psp froze once it got to the sony computer entertainment screen. So I tryed to turn it off and it wouldn't turn off. So I just took the battery out of it and then put the batery into it and now when I try to boot up the iso with dev hook my psp will freez. What do I do to fix this? Please help me out, I really want to play the game without up grading.

Points: 29.92 Donate | | | Devhook has a nasty habit of rewriting corrupt files into the emulated flash1 and a few other locations. If you are on windows, run a scandisk on the memorystick, and replace the corrupt files with fresh ones.

Can I just delete that devhook and replace it with the new dev hook?

Points: 21.55 Donate | | | easiest option is backup you game saves etc format the memstick and reinstall devhook and other wanted homebrew and put your saves back on this way you get rid of the stuff you dont use either and the memstick is clear of corruption, ideally format in the psp under system settings to recreat all the folder structures as well.

Points: 355.27 Donate | | | I say get Devhook 0.52 and tommydanger's installer app. The easiest way would probably be to go to my Installer Thread (first link in my sig) and get the installer. Yes, it's an installer for Devhook 0.51.0100 and 3.01 files, but oh well, there's no difference. GTA:VCS will work. |
