OK I know I always do this, but I wanna know everything about 3.03 OE-B before I upgrade.
So...
What can/can't I do homebrew wise (if it is the same of 2.71 SE-C then just say.)
What can/can't I do with X-Flash?
And can some one explain to me, or link me to a tutorial, on the whole psx emulation? I was reading up on it and I am still a little confused. Do I need windows to do this? I have OS X but I also have windows partitioned on my computer.
Also is downgrading the same as with 2.71 SE? Same with upgrading?

It's the same as SE-C.

Sorry, I'm not too sure, but most things, like gameboot and font changing, can be done.

You need Windows, and you need an EBOOT of Hot Shots Golf 2, which can be bought off a PS3, but most people pirate it. If you want more info, you can PM me.
