GPIO.REG - IO buffer on the bus (This is a total guess here, I'm investigating it now...) KMEM.MEM - Kernel Memory in RAM LFLASH0.IMG -Flash0 LFLASH1.IMG - Flash1 LFLASH2.IMG - One is the IPL and the other is IDStorage LFLASH3.IMG - See above PROFILER.REG - Not sure at all. Possible hardware id via the system bus/wifi card? SCRPAD.MEM - Screen buffer, I think UMEM.MEM - User Memory in RAM VECTOR.MEM - Vector portion of the GPU's RAM (Not sure) VRAM.MEM - Main GPU RAM, I think
As I said, I could be really wrong on parts of this; feel free to correct me.

Flash0 is about 28 Mbytes, and Flash1 is about 2 Mbytes. All the flashes are really just different partions on the same chip (About 32 Mbytes large). If you wanted to make a "backup" of sorts, you'd have to buy another NAND flash chip, put it on the motherboard, and back them up to that. This is basicly how the PSP modchip works.
