Mount a UMD Drive to a Virtual Drive on your PC!

This is seriously the coolest thing ever! You can mount you UMD drive to a virtual drive on your PC!! You can rip games in seconds. Plus you can mount other system data like FlashRom.

But Booster made it. This should be moved to Member News.

Yeh, I was nearly finished, too.

This was removed from the QJ.net news for some reason, perhaps it was unstable.... Anywho, it's still a nifty little application.

Yeah I think the developers have gotten way too good for Sony and Sony may be losing hope. I mean we made custom firmware from their 3.03 and they haven't released an update since to try to stop us from going any further. Maybe Sony is giving up.

Yes, though Sony is putting up a good fight, they're losing the battle. But, you know what they say? "We've won the battle, not the war"

TotalUSB (the TeamDarkWater version) had write access, so I suppose it's a good thing this was released first.

Anyway, there have been some strange goings-on lately, particularly concerning TDW's app announcements, and then the quick release of the very same application by the someone else. It's probably just a co-incidence, but it's a nasty feeling...

i hope they dont give up. without the homebrew, sony would been on fw 1.00, this means no demos, no rss, no web browser and all that stuff.

i think homebrew is good for everyone. i give us extra stuff, adn sony keeps doing their best to beat us. this means that both sides is giving 100% for a good protable gaming device.

Thumbs up If i was a Programmer...........

if i could Code C++ and worked for Sony, the first thing i would do is to put checks in the next Firmware Update, checking to see if the firmware has been Modified, by a Checksum, simple really, and as a added Protection check the Memory stick itself for any Flashing Software in a EBOOT File!!!!!
If it finds anything Format the Card, and crash the PSP!!!!

Come On Sony, Give Up NOW...........No Way of Beating the Master Hackers

This is a pretty cool app too bad it write protected but I'm wondering what is the intFlash & SysMem it's around maybe 2Gb or more and it has these files in it:
GPIO.REG
KMEM.MEM
LFLASH0.IMG
LFLASH1.IMG
LFLASH2.IMG
LFLASH3.IMG
PROFILER.REG
SCRPAD.MEM
UMEM.MEM
VECTOR.MEM
VRAM.MEM
Does anyone know what flash 2 and flash 3 is? Neither of them seem to have much space.
