hey, i have this annoying thing happen to my videos that i have coverted with 3gp converter at res. 480x272. when people in the videos move around there is very noticable clipping and especially red fading from the people and objects. this just ruins the whole watching experience. i've tried with the different kbps like converting with 782, 512,384 kbps, but with same results. is it the program or what. thanks.
