My Mood: | | | | | The Legality of a Hacked PSP (isos) First of all im pretty new to the site (But I have been reading this forum for quite some time) and have a Psp with 3.03 dark Alex firmware.
I will be totally honest and say that in my time of custom firmware goodness I have downloaded a few illegal ISOS or CSO files and to be truthful it’s not really worth the bother, just my opinion but there is nothing better than buying the original.
As for emulation and homebrew on the psp, that’s the way to go! They have really brought life back to my psp
My point is what do you use? Isos or homebrew, be honest, also feel free to state your opinion about isos and such (but keep in mind the forum rules) |

I have fun with homebrew, dont really need iso loader. i love small addicting games like jgj, smm, pacman, space invaders, mario and stuff like that. but i admin that i use emulators to bring back some old school games. |

Personally, I don't use them. I don't buy many games, either; I mainly use my PSP as a video/audio player and homebrew devkit |

I make ISO copies of all my games because its much more convenient than carrying multiple UMDs.
They also load much much faster from the stick than the UMD.
I also admit to making an ISO of a friends game once, but for demoing purpose...I bought the game shortly there after. (Portable OPs)
Owning a game is much much cooler than saying you downloaded it, and plus...buying a UMD you get 100% of the game. No compressed or removed materials. |

And I admit to useing ISOs. I only use them when I can't wait to play a game before I buy it. Or if I wanna try the game before I buy it. I used to rent games, but then the blockbuster near my house got held up. They are still there but they are closes . I would use gamefly, but I hardly ever buy games ( or try them for that matter) so it would be kinda pointless. |
